HELP , drive not recognizing anymore

ok i had to reboot my computer because i updated sp2, well i went to try and log in and it would let me so i rebooted, the weird thing is now the samsung drive was not pluged in during any of this, but rebooted the computer and hook the drive back in and its not a xbox 360 drive any more does this mean i have to reflash it because i orginally bought it off ebay because im not good at stuff like that
