How do I get windows to recognize a new mic? The headphones work perfectly. The package I have is Here.

I have a gateway 710x if that helps. SB Audigy soundcard, Windows XP.

The SB volume control pannel has a drop down selection pannel for recording. Select your mic.

You might also have to go to the XP control pannel for Sound.
You might have to this every time you reboot.
