When I did that it gives me two folders, audio and video. The audio is empty and the video is only 6mb so i was confused. Is this right?

ok when you power on your computer, wait until you see your computer searching for IDE devices and hit the pause break key, and then turn on your 360 and you can then hit the space bar on your keyboard, once its loading windows with the blue bar running under the windows thing put in the enable disc and let it read for about 10 seconds, take it out and let windows boot up, if its not there then click start and right click my computer and then click properties, from that click hardware, then find your disk drives and right click it and scan for hardware changes, and windows will detect it

I did as you said, but when I power up the 360, the cpu and the 360 both freeze. Cpu stops, and 360 wont eject. I tried it 5 times and it did the same thing every time.

you have to time it just right, or you can try to do it like this. wait until the computer is booting to windows with the bar thing running around under the windows logo and then you turn on your 360 with the eject button and it will allow you to read the game for a bit then take the game out and let windows continue to boot, then do as i said before if windows didnt immediately recognise it
