backing up a backup using dvd decryptor

ok so i have a working backup of COD2 and am trying to back it up again by using dvd decryptor. the problem is that the big button on the bottom left of the dvd decryptor software which lets u read or write to a dvd is greyed out and it wont let me read the disc. any ideas?

btw the version of dvd decryptor im using is 3.5.4.0

ok thanks mate but i dont have much experience with Nero so i need a bit of help...when i open Nero startsmart, what do i press to read the disc and create the iso? there are so many icons lol ;)
