How do I install these? I'm on PSP 3.11.
Any help would be strongly appreciated.

sorry to say m8ty but your screwed there isnt a downgrader for 3.10 yet let alone 3.10

and in order to have custom xmb waves you need to downgade to 1.50 and then up to 3.03 OE- A,B,C

and the highest avaliable downgrader it for 3.03 and then you need an unpatched version of gta lib city stories to even do that.

my advice is to not go any higher offical firmware wise and play the waiting game.
