support 1 GB networking speeds?

I have all cat6 wiring with 1gb switches going to my 360's for media center streaming, wanted to see if there was anyway the 360 could have support this?

I know the PS3 does, but i think the 360 only has a 100mbps card. Anyway to upgrade?

not sure, but i know that would be a NICE upgrade, ill do some more research for you though


judging from what i see, it does support 1000mb

Well; they've spec'd 100mbps; but they might have just not mentioned it. It would be a great way to ensure high future compatibility for the coming years. You never know when some new broad(er)band might come along, and actually be able to use that, lol.
