oops, i formatted my E Drive

so now when i turn on my xbox, it says it needs service. But when i turn it on with a disc in, it boots normally. Do i need to reinstall my softmod/ M$?

And whenever i turn on my xbox it goes to that error page saying my box need service, and there is a giant "21" in the corner, if that helps any
