How do i play Homebrew Games on 3.03 OE-C Custom Firmware

All right thanks for help
when i try to play SmashGPSP it saids the game can be started is it because im on custom 3.03 oe-c firmware or is there a way to play homebrew games on that firmware?

I just got the mario collection and not sure how to put on psp either. there are like 6 different emulators 1 for nes g3 different gameboys and a few other nintendo ones. what do i do with these how do i use them. there are no iso files. plz help i have 3.03 oe c
