I donwloaded one, but most of my icons are gone. Maybe it's just a topmenu_plugin.rco problem, but I'm not entirely sure.

3.10 oe-a does not support changing the topmenu_plugin.rco...u psp should brick or something

Yeah it doesn't support but don't worry it's not bricked it's semi-bricked just get the original topmenu_plugin.rco file IF YOU ONLY CHANGED THE TOPMENU_PLUGIN.RCO. If you changed more than that file or you want to be safe than downgrade to 1.50 then back up to 3.03 OE-C if you want to modify the topmenu_plugin.rco file or upgrade to 3.10 OE-A' (The newest one) if you don't care about the icons in your XMB.
