How Can I Change My PSP version?

I've used and played a lot of game on my PSP 1.5 system version, but one day I saw the latest system version 3.11 from Sony PSP US website. then I download it and I update it. now I can't play any game in Malaysia. It's so boring in life. So Who can help me to downgrade to 1.5 or 2.7? I don't want 3.11.

why in the world did u even upgrade to 3.11? and did u hear djmazz? there isn't a downgrader
