codebreaker and swap disk help

I have a moded ps2 slim (using the tape and tissue method) and Swap Disk 3.6. I was wondering is possible to use that with my code breaker to use codes on a backup game and if so how would I do it?

Bootup your 'codebreaker' as normal, select your game/cheats, when 'codebreaker' tells you put in the game put in swap magic, wait for it to load and then load up your 'backup'. Simple.
