DMS4 LITE S.E. Chip with DVD9

Ok, I have modded 4 consoles, and all of them but one, works with the DVD9's. The PS2 is a V14, and what letter from the diagrams, supports the Dual Layer feature. I am guessing that it isn't soldered correctly, because all of the other backups work so far, except the DVD9's. Please help
