Hey everyone
my nokia 6101 phone suddenly locked up with 'phone restricted' after charging it :S
SO i now need assistance in unlocking it.

Model: NOkia 6101
Carrier: Optus
Country: Australia
IMEI:: 356661/00/813537/7

P.S any reason why this would have randomly happened? I didn't put any other sim into it nor did i play around with phone settings :S

Insert card.When it says phone restricted, press "undo."
It will ask for a restriction code,and enter the code in to the box on screen,and then input this code

?Cannot undo restriction? or ?Not allowed? means. After you have made 5 attempts or even 3 attempts on newer phones and failed, the phone displays that message, meaning that the phone is "hard locked." At this point, you will still be able to use the phone with the original provider, but you will not be able to unlock it by codes. You will need to take or send it to a professional for direct unlocking service.

The problem is, I have always been using it with the original provider.
It won't even allow me to use the original sim :S
Any reason?
