GBA Emulator for 3.10 oe-a Help?

Well, I'm wondering which GBA emulator will work with FW 3.10 oe-a. Any help would be really nice... Thanks.

But first let's see.. I found this in the READ ME file..

Ok im just wondering, i downloaded GBA emulator for PSP, and it says i need a Gameboy Advance Bios to continue? It says i need to download a BIOS from someone. Thanks if anyone can help me with this.
