bluetooth problem HELP??

I have the bluetooth adapter for my computer to make and bluetooth ringtones to my phone but they dont show up on my phone under ringtones.They do show up in the phones audio folder on my computer but when i check my phone there not on the phone.

My husband and my kids have the same phone motorola razr and they have no problem getting them.

I am able to bluetooth wallpaper to my phone and get them with no prob.

Can anyone please help with this prob???
