ok so i have a 3.03 OE-C psp and have just started to customize it. i really want to personalise it further by creating my own gameboot. i have searched for so long trying to find out how but no luck :( what i would really like one of u helpful people out there to do for me is create a gameboot for me which has this image
spinning around in the middle of the screen with a white background

thanks to anyone out there who can help i would really really appreciate this :)
