Just found a website that can convert the videos from youtube to mpg online. It seem that the website is only a beta but still it rocks!!

Sure is beta. I chose a 5 minute rock video. The site took 20 minutes to get to the "download video" message then it crashed.

So then I used the "Youtube to me" Firefox extension to download the video directly as an flv, and then I converted it to an mpg using FFMPEG which took 8 minutes. To an MP4 AVI took 2 minutes.
