Hi I have Xbox360 NTSC
Can I plug an external HD and play games from saved on the external HD???
Ps. I have external HD 500 Megabyte

at the moment there is currently now way to run games from external hard drives

Only marketplace games can be played of the offical 360 hard drive(or moded scorpio laptop drive)

But like elmunkee said, there's no way currently. Give it time, once homebrew happens, I'm sure that will be one of the first things to really hit.
