VDub to TMPGENC frameserving with XP

I'm having problems starting frameserving to TMPGENC w/XP. I get the error message: "can not open file or unsoportted format". I'm using VFAPI 1.04b, VDub 1.4 and TMPGENC 2.54. I tried the #4 tip from the frameserver FAQ but I wasn't able to select the DShow mmedia reader priority and increase it.
What could be happening in my system to be unable to perform this task?

Hi.

Look if you have the file msvcr70.dll in your windows/system32 folder.
If not copy the file to that folder and it would be working then.
