Blackberry Pearl vs Google Maps??????

Hi just got a spanking new Blackberry pearl and wanted to use google maps on it so downloaded it using blackberrys browser but when I try to start the application it shows that it is trying to load a Terms & Conditions and then after a couple of minutes it says fatal error restart.

Any help with this is appreciated found lots of other forums with people having the same problem but no answers yet!

Can anyone work it out???????
