hey guys,

u know in win xp, when you click the "hide/show icons" button in the taskbar (lower right), there's a "scroll" effect when the icons appear? well for some reason, the scroll effect isn't working on my computer. It seems to be only my account too, as i have multiple user accounts.

And, when there's a new application in the taskbar, when it appears it's supposed to have a "wipe left to right" effect. That's gone too.

I think it might be a setting i have to change. Does anyone have any how-to-fix things?
