WinHIIP wont read hdd

My WinHIIP will not read my Ps2 HDD even tho Thro my Ps2 Hdloader i can read and play games.. it used to work before i had to completely restore my pc anyone experience this issue and how to fix it thanks?

Depending how you are connecting the hdd up to the pc, Maybe you have to change the settings to slave?

im changing Hd thro IDE and i change the jumper to slave every time before and this time like ive stated it used to work on my pc perfectly fine and 100's of times till i wiped my pc now does not work
