I'm trying to pacth this ISO with toxic dual layer patch and get this message "Searching: Found IOPRP.IMGPatching: Failed!!" What can I do to fix this?

I downsized it to 4.3 GB with winhex but it freezes at the loading screen.

try using the isobuster method instead
