the problem is everytime i turn on the computer, it pops 1) THIS APPLICATION HAS FAILED TO START BECAUSE MSVCR80.DLL WAS NOT FOUND REINSTALLING THE APPLICATION MAY FIX THIS PROBLEM.
second problem pops up: THE APPLICATION FAILED TO INITIALIZE PROPERLY (0XC0000034) CLICK ON OK TO TERMINATE THE APPLICATION.

Sounds like a msn messenger problem. Likely caused by .net framework update. To see if that is the problem go to dll-files.com and download the dll file it seems to be missing and unzip it to C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\Vx.x.xxxxx The xxx means whatever your version is.
