ok I didnt play console for about 10 years, Im not stupid but I dont know shit about modchip and especially those words you guys use when you talk about: how to ''make a back up copie'' of your game blablabla... you see the picture. SO!!!

What chip should I use between those 2, why and are they good ?
I have a brand new ps2 scph-77001 (v15 ??? I guess).
1) crystalchip V1.0
2) crystalchip v2.0 pro
3) DMS4

Matrix Infinity Green Dot is also a good chip.
if all you want is something that will play back up copies then any of those will do. Teammodders.com sells and installs them.
If you want to do other things then list them and you can narrow down the choice. Like if it is an older fat model you can add a hard drive. Which is great as it will save your discs and you will have faster load times. The DMS4 Pro has built in software to handle that, and from what i hear the Crystal Chip V2.0 has downloadable software to run it.

If you play online then the Crystal Chip V2.0 is the best choice as it will auto patch your games.
