Gamesaves Downloaded to PC

I have some gamesaves that I downloaded to my PC for for some ps2 games (Roster updates for NCAA Football) and I want to bring them to my PS3. I have found PS2 Save Builder to convert the codebreaker files to the right format (I think) but am having trouble transfering them via flash drive(dell memory key) to the PS3. I have another flash drive that I can try. I also have the memory card adapter for the ps3 for ps2 games but I have no windows drivers for so it is useless for my pc right now.

I've been searching for hours and have come up with some partial solutions for my problem, but have not been able to put them all together.

Anybody have any ideas for me? Thanks in advance!
