I have a motorola e815 from alltel. i want to hook it up to motorola phone tools through bluetooth. My computer recognizes my phone and i can transfer files through bluetooth but the phone tools program wont connect to my phone. it keeps saying that the com port is not available. I have tryed changing the com ports but it still doesnt work. any help on what to do would be very helpful. thank you.
