as the title states...i wanna know how its done...ive got a lot of backups, and plenty of new space to work with...wondering how to change these icons:

that app i mentioned earlyier allows you to change them,then something to do the pictures with,i use photoshop(try to)lmao

edit thats only for psx,for homebrew use an app called pspbrew should be easy to find :0)
