3.10 OE-A CPU Speed Question

I have the PSP CPU Speed set at 333mhz...but what does the XMB Speed do in the Recovery Mode? Is it important? Does it affect the PSP if changed to 333?

it doesnt affect the psp in a bad way,the processor was meant to run at 333mhz but sony underclocked it. the inly thing is that your battery will run out a lil quicker

Thanks I am now clear on the CPU Speed of the PSP, but above the CPU Speed there is a "XMB Speed" option that you could also set to 333, if doing so what will this do and will it damage my PSP?

no damage. it's just the performance.

here's a little explanation about the cpu adjustments
XMB=for faster loading of pics, music, sounds. if you use 222, there's some sec of delay. or some seconds of delay for high resolution picts. 333 means faster.
UMD/ISO/EBOOT=for faster games. 333 means no slow motions especially for high detailed games such as ace combat x. and lower chances of freezing.
