Unlocking Nokia 6103

I bought a phone off of the internet that I thought I would be able to unlock. It is a Nokia 6103 with t-mobile. I got the phone unlocked, but now it has the keys locked. After you hit unlock and *, then it ask for the security password. Is there anyway to clear this security password? Any help would REALLY be appreciated.
