so i have my gamesaves on a 20gb hd how do i get it out onto something other than a xbox1 mem card. I can open the hd and sata it w.e and save my files. is there another way?

if i connect it with sata how do i know which files to save etc. is it as simple as connecting a normal sata hd.

yep, just get xplorer360 and copy the files you need
