Kazaa movies problem/AVIPreview

Hi.
I have Kazaa Lite K++ which works great. But... when i download movies and try to preview them in AVIPreview sometimes they work, and sometimes an error pops up saying maybe i don't have all the necessarry codecs, cannot locate video/audio stream yadda yadda yadda.
Now, i have Nimo codec v5.0 BUILD 7 (installed fully) and i got a kazaa lite codec pack and i got seperately, DivX player/codec and xVid codec. so my question is this:
1. has anyone else had this problem when downloading movies off kazaa?
and
2. does anyone know y this would be happening? do i have to configure something or reinstall codecs or whatever?

the rendering stream problems occurs because you use kazaa lite previewer for fils that are not AVI extension
the file may say it is however
solution would be jus to simply right click the file on kazaa and select preiew it should play because it is not an AVI prob and mpg
so it will be able to be viewed while only partially downloaded no the kazaa theatre
