hi all.. im new..
i currently have a samsung tivo sirs 4040r. works fine.. i just purchased a samsung sirs 4120r on ebay. the unit reboots itself after a couple hrs of use. and then works fine.

my ? is can i fix this by updating software? or, can i take the 120gb hard drive out of the 4120r and put it into the working 4040r?

any help would be great.. thank you
