Xbox Error 13 / 14 with Softmod

I was trying to make XBMC as the dashboard and accidently changed one of the files in C drive, now whenever I start my xbox up it shows Error 13.

I burnt Auto Installer Deluxe to a dvd and put it in to see if it would fix it but now it shows Error 14.

What would be the best way to fix this?

Original games still work, so would I be able to try softmodding my system again?

Please help, very frustrated :(

you can put the game you softmodded with back-in and uninstall the softmod which should put it back to normal....then you can just re-softmod it..
