how to install wm video decoder DMO

I have the wm audio and video DMO filters showing installed on one of my pc's but not on the other pc. I have installed k-lite codec packs on both pcs but the windows 98 does not show the WMVideo decoder DMO or WMAudio decoder DMO but my pc with Windows XP does.

Any ideas how to get the two installed on windows 98??????

Consider installing the Windows Media Player 8 Codecs? or the Windows Media Player 9 Codecs?
