Cant burn after shrinking

I cant get Nero to burn after I shrink. Im using Nero OEM Express 6.6 and when I try to burn it says "Due to patent license restrictions, Dolby Digital 2-Channel decoding is not available. This feature can be added by instaling the DVE-Video plug-in. When I follow the link they give I find that I have to buy a complete version of Nero. Is there a way to get this without having to buy something. Or is there another burning software I can use.

If you are using DVD Shrink to shrink your movie then set its output to ISO file and then burn it with DVD Decrypter or ImgBurn. All programs are free.
