i still have a problem
if i change my sim and put another i have to retype the unlock code you provided...
is this normal?
or is it a problem with the phone

Have you seen-phone restriction off?
If yes,you must nothing.
And if your phone dont work with other sim-

Insert a non accepted sim, most times it will show "Phone Restricted"
Press the UNDO option
You should see a box that says enter restriction code.
Enter the code given and then press (OK)

this is the way i did it:
1. i started the phone with no sim and i entered the code you provided
2. i inserted a non accepted sim and it worked
3. i inserted another non accepted sim from a different network and it said "Phone restricted"
4. i entered the code you provided and it worked fine
5. i reinserted the sim from step 2 and it said again "Phone restricted"

Note: this is not the first nokia i unlocked with codes, the others worked fine and there was no problem...
this one i think has a problem...
or it may be something different on the phone that doesn't alow permanent unlock with codes
