I have a 6102i and i would like to unlock it. Also I'd like to know the reset code and factory defaults reset. I've ordered a cable. What is the latest firmware?

Thanks etowah! That worked. does anyone know the reset code to wipe the phone out. I have tried *#7780# but that only does a restore settings. I'd like to format the whole phone.
