Does the KISS VR-558 have RGB inputs on it's OUTPUT SCART?

The reason I ask is I want to replace my Panasonic DVD recorder which is connected to the TV by fully wired SCART cables as follows:-

(VHS) ---------INPUT (KISS DVD) OUTPUT---------INPUT (FREEVIEW) OUTPUT ---------- (TV)

When I want to watch a DVD, I press a button on the Freeview remote to bypass the box and pass the RBG signal from its input SCART to it's OUTPUT SCART direct. This works fine. I can also record a VHS by selecting SCART Composite input on the KISS.

However the Pansonic also had an INPUT on it's SCART OUTPUT, so I could record the FREEVIEW signal back down the same lead that replays the DVD.
The Kiss appears not to be able to do that, as both composite and RGB inputs seem to be on the same INPUT SCART and the OUTPUT SCART is not wired for input?
Can you confirm if that is the case?

If that is the case then the only thing I can think of doing is making a special SCART to SCART splitter which I can use to connect the FREEVIEW SCART into BOTH SCARTS on the DVD? ..and then plug the VHS into the back panel composite phono on the DVD.
