Has anyone else used idvd 6 and noticed a minute of audio is missing from their burned video?

My finished dvd is missing the last minute of audio. Its really weird. Everything else is perfect, I exported from fcp, ok and everything appears to be encoding smoothly and quickly in idvd 6, but then i go to watch my video (32 min instructional video) and the last minute of audio is missing. I checked the footage in the idvd simulator and all the audio is there. Something is going wrong during encodeing. There is plenty of disc space. Only 1gig is being used on the DVD-R and the original file has been shrunk down from 6 gigs. On a positive note the video looks amazing, and the menus work great. I just hope i can figure out this problem because my only other option is to use dvd studio pro 3 and that program is a nightmare for me, because for some reason i cannot manage to import the templates from idvd into dsp 3. Is any one else having this audio problem?
