hey guys, i recently bought a core system 360, and i have a external USD HDD with a two partition set up (20 gigs in 2 parts). i was wondering if i could make it work to do stuff like add mappacks on it from xbox live for like GOW and be able to still use it on my comp for music and vids?

External HDD's are only music, videos and pictures. I *think* it does video that is in .wmv but I know for a fact you can't store game stuff on it.

so i guess i'm stuck with having a buy a microsoft HDD then right? o well, btw, will it play back different types of video if it has media center on it?
