Hi, how do you burn a xxx.avi to a CD-R when its 700mb? Thanks!

Got it, with Nero VCD copier. But the picture got disturded every second, does it mean the original was from PAL and I converted to NTSC??? Should I stay at PAL? Will my player play PAL?
