Hi,

I have a Nokia 8800 and when I insert a sim it gives the msg "sim registration failed". Can you please help me with this?

Hi!

Could the phone be locked to any network provider?
If yes, post provider and country,plus IMEI (press *#06#).

Otherwise, the SIM card is damaged or too old.

"sim registration failed" means your sim card has expired.
