XMB editor questions

I just upgraded my PSP to a 3.03oe-c and i have also messed around with hex editors but i still have a couple of questions

1) What hex editor should i use

2) Once i have my .rco file should i use x-flash to flash it to my psp

i don't hex edit, so i can't help u with that.

but there is an easier way to flash instead of xflash. xflash currently does not run on 3.03 oe-c, so instead connect ur psp to comp, go to the recovery menu, and then advanced options, and enable flash0 usb. the flash0 folder should appear on ur computer, and then ur can just copy and paste rco files and overwrite the original ones.

make sure u backup first!

i use Hex-editor XVI32. dont no if its a good one or not. just no it does the trick and is straight forward to use.
