I Was Trying To Install 3.03 oe-c until........pls help.

After running the 3-03oe-c install program, it came up 'succesful and then restarted and nothing came on, only the green light! no memory stick activity.........i would really like to fix this. ehm.....
i cant access recovery mode either.
replies appreciated.

nowt you can do mate. sound bricked.
mod chip, new motherboard, take it back or send it for repair.

i'm not sure if it's bricked but it sounds like it is.
or maybe you are just in the portion where you need to downgrade it to 1.5 from 2.71 where you need to use henD.
1st, we need to know what mobo are you using before. ta082 or non-ta082?
then tell us what was the firmware you were using before you had the modification.

have you tried to turn it on WHILE HOLDING the R trig? Mine does that once * turn on but nothing pops up*

Well, some psp have the brightness button problem where after it downgrades, nothing shows up. Then you press the brightness button and then everything is back to normal. You might have that problem, or do what the guy above me said, go into recovery mode to see if you have a semi-brick or a brick.

ok will try all, ehmm i was downgrading from 3.03 - 1.5
and succesfu;y did this, had a 1.5 and was installing 3.03 oe-c and then the problem occured. nothing on the screen, and recovery mode wont even come up!

same thing happened to mine...
did urs say something like
[panic
[panic...
blah blah blah?
and then
somethign writing ... v1.5 0%?
thats what happened to mine and then i waited for like 5 mins.. and nothing happened so i turned it off.. and now i can't turn it back on.. well i just see the green light.. nothign else
does that mean i brick my psp?
if so what do i do? send it back where to have it repair? where do i get the motherboard? who do i get to get it fixed? HELP please

Did you try to manually install it or use the winstaller? I would of used the Winstaller if i was you.

That's probably why it bricked.. your best bet is to get the modchip if its non TA-082, or get a whole PSP replacment. Or if you really get desperate you could install a new motherboard.

but cant generate the data.dxar file it says can't open file
i tried it for 3 hrs wth is wrong
i followed all instructions correct but its not working

I was upgrading to 3.03 OE C but I didnt take my music/savedata off or format the memory stick (Oops... >_>) But I got to recovery still =D

yea its great but the only thing is i don't know how to play a
iso file on it i have a folder ISO in the PSP folder but it cant show me
