I was thinking of picking up a 360, and honestly the core system would be fine with me. I don't go on live, I don't care about cordless controllers. The only reason I'd get the premium system would be because I would need the 20GB hard drive to save games. I have an external 2GB usb hard drive sitting right here, so if I could use that to save my games, I'd have no reason to spend the extra money on a premium system.

I know I could also buy a memory card, but aren't they like $40-$50? If that's the case I would just spring the extra money for the premium system.

Can anyone let me know? Thanks..
