SwapMagic Black Screen - Help Needed

I have been using SwapMagic 3.6 & the slide tool method to play my backed up PS2 games.

After playing backup games for a while I played a new PS2 original game and it would not work. I adjust my laser lens, and now my PS2 original discs work fine.

Now I am having a problem using SwapMagic.

When I insert the SwapMagic DVD (and CD) the screen goes blank (black) and the DVD stops spinning after 30 seconds. The SM menu never comes up on the display. However, when I use the slide tool and insert my backup I can hit x and the game will load fine.

I was wondering if anyone knows how to fix this so the menu comes up again?

I am assuming this has to do with the laser??

The only pat that sucks it I can't use my DNAS tool on my PS2 without the SM 3.6 menu appearing. When I run that program the screen stays blank.
