I have been using kazaa lite for the last year, but I read on this site that something like bit torent or irc would be better. I just downloaded bit torrent from a site listed on another post but it comes out as a .dmg file and I cant do anything with it, what do I need to do to install it. I would also like to know about the irc I have never heard of it but it sounds like its highly recommended. I keep getting fakes on kazaa and Im sick of files not working. I have seen some posts where people are saying its wrong to download stuff from kazaa. Well it could have saved me fourty bucks. I kept trying to download a certain game but kept getting fakes. I had played the demo of it and liked it so I wanted to buy it. I finally gave up on kazaa and went and bought it. I finished the game in less than 24 hours. If I had downloaded it first I would have seen how short it was and would never have bought it. With that in mind please give me your best advice on what I should use to download. thanx

Well of course Kazza is crap for downloading. Never use it again! Check the emule tutorial or download bit torrent. Bit Torent is faster and there are a number of sites you can visit to get your freeware software.

however bitorrent uses sites
like http://www.supernova.org
and as you would of experienced if clicked upon
the site is not available this is maybe due to somink
