Ripping and converting, Macrovision problem

I've ripped and converted a few DVD's without issue, burned to DVD-R and they work fine.
I use SmartRipper to rip, REMPEG to shrink the files, spruce up to compile and IFO EDIT to create IFO's.

On trying to rip 'bandits' (R2) SmartRipper detects and removes only the first 15 mins of Macrovision... Is there seperate software that I can run the movie files through to completely remove it??
