I have tried several times to burn my email message folders for safe keeping. It goes through the process but then there's nothing on the CD. I haven't used this burner for over a year but there doesn't appear to be anything wrong with it. Last night I got a message that the disc was full but I was only burning about 500MB. After the burn I couldn't read what was on the CD and Nero indicated that it had failed. Today I've tried it twice; once on a CD-R and then on a CD-RW. Each failed. I'm getting a message that the path can not be found. I don't understand that since I dragged the folders from Outlook Exprss to the desktop then added the folder to the Nero program by clicking on ADD. I need to get my Outlook Express cleaned out so I can get that program fixed and before I lose my messages. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong but would appreciate some help, please.
